Terms of Service

StarBlox ("StarBlox", "we", "us", or "our") is a service operated by Starlight Solutions, Inc., contactable at contact@starsolenterprise.com. StarBlox is a web dashboard for managing Roblox groups and communities, including roles and permissions, moderation, logbooks, audit logs, webhooks, analytics, and related features (collectively, the "Service").

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and StarBlox. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or connecting a Discord or Roblox account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

"User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service. "Account" means the account a User creates or authenticates through Discord.

"Group" means a workspace within the Service that is linked to a Roblox group. "Owner" and "Staff" refer to the roles a User may hold within a Group, each with different permissions.

"Premium" means StarBlox Premium, a recurring subscription. "Content" means any data, text, images, configurations, or other materials you submit to or generate through the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Roblox, Discord, and the law of your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You authenticate through Discord OAuth. You represent that you own, or are authorized to use, any account you connect, and that connecting it does not violate any third-party terms.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must keep your credentials, session keys, and access tokens secure. Accounts are personal to a single person — you must not share your Account with any other person.

StarBlox is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. "Roblox" and "Discord" and related marks are the property of their respective owners.

You must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards, and Discord's Terms of Service, at all times when using the Service. Roblox and Discord control their own platforms, APIs, and policies and may change or discontinue them at any time. Features of the Service that depend on Roblox or Discord may break, change, or be removed as a result, without liability to us.

A Group is linked to a Roblox group. The Roblox group owner and the staff they authorize control the Group, its settings, and its members.

Actions taken through the Service — including setting ranks, issuing bans, creating audit entries — are the responsibility of the User and Group that performed them.

A Group is responsible for all Content created within it. All such Content must be lawful and age-appropriate and must comply with applicable Roblox rules.

StarBlox provides features that Groups may use to track sessions, quotas, promotions, demotions, warnings, and bans. These are tools that support your own decisions; they are not decisions made by StarBlox.

Groups and their authorized Users are solely responsible for any staffing, ranking, disciplinary, membership, or similar decisions they make. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or human-resources provider.

The StarBlox In-Game API facilitates communication between Roblox game servers and StarBlox servers via a loader script placed in your game. The In-Game API is intended for use by Roblox game servers only.

You must not share or expose your Game Key. You must not use it to scrape, flood, or disrupt the Service. We may revoke, rotate, or throttle keys and endpoints at any time. You must not attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the In-Game API.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or for harassment, abuse, exploitation, or any activity that violates Roblox or Discord rules.

You must not submit Content that is discriminatory, hateful, harassing, illegal, sexual or exploitative of minors, violent, or otherwise prohibited.

You must not modify, inject into, or tamper with the Service's client, frontend, or delivered code using scripts, browser extensions, or any other means.

You must not scrape data from the Service, create mass automated actions, raid, or take any action that disrupts or degrades the Service.

You must not perform vulnerability or penetration testing against the Service without our prior written consent.

If you discover a vulnerability, notify us promptly at contact@starsolenterprise.com and do not exploit or publicly disclose it before we implement a fix.

Billing has two scopes: user billing (personal to a User, i.e., Premium) and group billing (attached to a Group, i.e., Organization plans). Entitlements purchased under one scope do not apply to the other.

Pricing, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal.

Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable. If a plan lapses, paid features pause — your data is kept safe until you return.

The StarBlox name, logo, software, user interface, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, we grant you no license or rights to our intellectual property.

You may not use the StarBlox name, logo, or other brand features without our prior written permission.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we may perform maintenance that results in downtime.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including pre-release or experimental features, which may be changed or removed without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse or abuse the Service, initiate a chargeback, or create legal, security, or reputational risk for us or other users, or as required by law.

On suspension or termination, you may lose access to the Service and your Content. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarBlox and its owners, operators, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StarBlox and its owners, operators, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Service, your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any Roblox, Discord, or other third-party terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@starsolenterprise.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by reasonable means such as in-app notice or email. Changes take effect on the date stated in the notice, and your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
