This Privacy Policy explains how StarBlox ("StarBlox", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Service. StarBlox is operated by Starlight Solutions, Inc., contactable at contact@starsolenterprise.com.

StarBlox is a web dashboard for managing Roblox groups and communities, including organizations, roles and permissions, sessions, reputation, handbooks, audit logs, webhooks, and analytics. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

Account and identity data: When you authenticate through Discord OAuth, we receive identifiers and profile information such as your Discord user ID, username, and avatar — limited to what you authorize.

Roblox group data: The Roblox groups you link or belong to, your roles and permissions within them, and the configuration and Content associated with those groups.

Content you submit: Moderation cases, logbook entries, staff records, webhook configurations, and other materials you create through the Service.

Age-verification data: If a group enables Age Check, we temporarily process a short series of images to estimate a member's age using automated AI systems. These images are deleted immediately after the automated review completes and are never shown to our staff. Powered by Solar Identity.

Subject data about players: On behalf of groups, the Service may collect playtime, session tracking, in-experience activity, ban records, and audit targets. Groups are the controller of this data.

Payment data: When you purchase a plan, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We receive only limited billing metadata — transaction identifiers, subscription status, and billing name/address. Full card numbers are never stored by us.

Technical and usage data: IP address, approximate location, device and browser information, session tokens, authentication tokens, and diagnostic data.

We use your information to: - Provide, operate, and maintain the Service - Process payments and manage subscriptions and entitlements - Provide customer support, including through AI-assisted tools - Power AI-assisted features where you choose to use them - Secure the Service and prevent, detect, and respond to abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms - Improve and develop the Service and build new features - Send you transactional and Service-related communications - Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms - Create and use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and research

Service providers and processors: We share information with vendors that help us run the Service, including Stripe (payment processing) and our hosting and database infrastructure providers.

Roblox and Discord: We exchange data with Roblox and Discord through their APIs to provide connected features, based on the permissions you grant.

Within groups: Content and data you contribute to a group are visible to that group's owner and, depending on configuration, its staff.

Legal and safety: We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of StarBlox or its users.

Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies, local storage, session keys, and authentication tokens to operate the Service, keep you signed in, and understand how the Service is used. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working, including sign-in.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your Account or Content, we remove or de-identify the associated information within a reasonable period, except for copies retained in backups or as required by law.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, rate limiting, and authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and relevant supervisory authorities as required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@starsolenterprise.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Because StarBlox operates in the Roblox ecosystem, the Service may process data about players under the age of 13, primarily as Subject Data collected by groups. The Service is not directed to children for Account creation, and you must meet eligibility requirements to hold an Account. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by reasonable means such as in-app notice or email, or by updating the date below. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
